Brandon A. Carnes focuses primarily on litigation and concentrates his practice in the areas of Creditors’ Rights, Commercial Litigation, Municipal Law, and Tort Litigation. Prior to law school, Brandon attended Iowa State University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in political science. At Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Brandon was on the dean’s list each and every semester of attendance and was a member of the Appellate Lawyer Association’s Moot Court Team. His moot court team placed first overall, won the best brief award, and Brandon also received the third place individual oralist award. Brandon worked as a clerk throughout law school, in both private practice and in an externship with the U.S. Attorneys’ Office for the Northern District of Illinois.
