Paul D. Streicher was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1980. He also is admitted to practice before the Trial Bar of the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, the Central District of Illinois and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He graduated in 1980, cum laude, from the Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana. His undergraduate degree, with honors, is from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, awarded in 1974.

Paul specializes in civil and commercial litigation, representing the interests of professional practices, businesses and individuals and in their business, contract and corporate matters. His clients also include self-insured entities, insurers and reinsurers, representing their interests in litigation matters ranging from coverage issues, environmental matters to refinery explosions. He also represents business entities, including railroads and liveries, in their legislative and regulatory matters at state and municipal levels.

The scope of Paul’s practice includes contract, corporate, employment, equitable remedies, restrictive covenant and business issues, as well as related litigation matters.
