Sara Masloroff, formerly Sara Lund, was admitted to the bar in 1998 after receiving her Juris Doctor degree from the John Marshall Law School. She received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana in 1994. She practices in the areas of commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance and corporate transactions. She also has extensive experience in commercial litigation and until recently, she served as General Counsel to a Chicago real estate development firm, managing transactions, litigation and real estate development for projects located in Illinois, New York, Arizona, Wisconsin and Florida. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association and currently volunteers for World Relief-Chicago. She served on the Associate and Governance Board for Cook County’s Legal Aid hotline, Coordinated Advice and Referral Program for Legal Services (CARPLS) and formerly served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Illinois Department of Transportation.
