Christopher M Novy
Christopher M. Novy is a founding member of the law firm of Rock Fusco & Connelly, LLC and has been licensed to practice law since 1996. Mr. Novy concentrates his practice in banking, corporate law, commercial and residential real estate development, contracts and leasing. He represents commercial developers in a variety of projects, including vertical condominium constructions and condominium de-conversions. Mr. Novy has represented banking and savings and loan institutions in several areas, including commercial loan transactions and negotiated credit agreements, and real estate litigation (residential and commercial foreclosures, work-outs and restructuring). Over the years he has represented many condominium associations in matters ranging from corporate governance to collections.
