Clayton J. Springer
Clay is a Senior Transactional Counsel at Rock Fusco & Connelly and concentrates his practice in real estate, estate planning, and transactional matters. Clay has a broad range of experience in many different areas including mergers, acquisitions, real estate, estate planning, corporate governance, telecommunications, alternative energy, commercial finance, and corporate structuring. He works with public and private companies, entrepreneurs, and sophisticated investors to help them structure and close complex business transactions in a variety of matters. Prior to joining Rock Fusco & Connelly, Clay owned his own practice in Chicago representing clients in real estate, estate planning, and corporate transactional affairs.
As a former owner of a small business with a client list that varies from individual investors to a Fortune 15 company, he strives to provide every client with the quality of service, knowledge, and professionalism expected in the country’s top boardrooms, with the personal attention of a smaller firm. He’s well-versed in the individual needs of clients of all sizes and takes a personal approach to cater to the needs of each client and individual situation.
In addition to his transactional experience, Clay works closely with individuals and families on estate planning, succession planning, family office, and wealth preservation matters. He also assists clients with tax structuring, employment agreements, and non-profit formation.
