Maxwell Kling is an associate at Rock Fusco & Connelly and concentrates his practice in commercial and general litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Maxwell represented clients in real estate matters such as tax appeals, real estate tax incentives, land use, and municipal law.
As a law student at Northern Illinois University College of Law, Maxwell was named to the Dean’s List multiple semesters, served on the Executive Board of the University’s Delta Theta Phi Legal Fraternity, competed on the external mock trial team, and studied abroad in France. In May of 2017, Maxwell graduated from Northern Illinois University College of Law, cum laude. Prior to attending Law School, Maxwell completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, where he received his degree in Political Science in 2013.
