Patrick Etchingham focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Patrick practiced in products liability, premises liability and general negligence. He has also served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Thomas Allen (Retired) in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Chancery Division, and a staff attorney with the Circuit Court of Cook County, Criminal Division.

Patrick attained his Juris Doctor in December 2015 from Chicago-Kent College of Law. During law school, Patrick was President of Chicago-Kent’s chapter of the Federal Bar Association, served as an editor of the Seventh Circuit Review, and was a judicial extern for Hon. Rubén Castillo (Retired), former Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Prior to law school, Patrick taught high school English as a Second Language to recent immigrants along the United States-Mexico border for three years in Donna, Texas.
