Sammy is an associate in the firm’s corporate transactional practice. He counsels corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and other legal entities on business formation and ongoing matters involved in running a successful company. Sammy works on complex business transactions on a broad range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate organization and governance, commercial finance, contract drafting, intellectual property issues and more.
Sammy also represents real estate investors and developers on both commercial and residential real estate matters. This includes acquisition, disposition and leasing of office, retail, industrial, and residential property.
Prior to joining private practice, Sammy was an Assistant Attorney General in the Environmental Litigation division of the Illinois Attorney General’s Office.
