Cory D. Anderson is a Partner at Rock Fusco & Connelly, LLC and serves as Chair of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group. He is an experienced commercial litigator with more than 24 years of experience representing clients ranging from individuals and entrepreneurs to small business owners and Fortune 500 companies.
Cory maintains a diverse litigation practice focused on commercial litigation, professional negligence, products liability, employment disputes, trade secret and non-competition litigation, insurance coverage, construction liability, class action defense, and appeals. Over the course of his career, he has successfully handled matters across all facets of the litigation process at both the state and federal levels, including alternative dispute resolution, bench and jury trials, and appellate proceedings. He is known for his practical, results-oriented advocacy and for working closely with clients to identify their objectives and achieve efficient, effective outcomes.
In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Cory is Chair of the firm’s Cybersecurity and Privacy Practice, where he advises clients on data privacy compliance and represents organizations in data breach response and related litigation.
Cory was admitted to practice in Illinois in 2001. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Mississippi.
