Jacqueline Gianneschi serves as Senior Tax Counsel at Rock Fusco & Connelly and concentrates her practice in Real Estate Taxation, Real Estate Tax Incentives, and Real Estate Tax Exemptions. Prior to joining the firm Jacqueline was an Administrative Law Judge for 12 years with the State of Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board where she adjudicated complex residential, commercial, industrial property tax appeals.

Jacqueline also worked at a leading property tax appeal firm for 16 years where she concentrated on filing real estate tax appeals for a wide range of properties, including office buildings, industrial facilities, residential properties as well as community associations. Additionally, she has experience filing appeals for leasehold properties and hotels/motels.

Jacqueline has represented clients in the real estate tax appeal process at all levels, including Assessors, Boards of Review, Circuit Courts and the Property Tax Appeal Board. Through these interactions, she has developed a rapport not only with the practicing bar but many assessing officials as well.
