Josh Murrell
Joshua Murrell is an Associate in Rock Fusco & Connelly’s Corporate Transactional Practice Group. He represents clients across a variety of real estate and corporate matters, including commercial, industrial, and mixed-use real estate acquisitions and dispositions, lease drafting and negotiations, title, survey and other real estate diligence matters, easements, CC&Rs, tax deferred exchanges, and related property tax concerns. He also provides clients with day-to-day advice on corporate governance matters, contracts, legal entity formation, and operating and licensing agreements.
