Mark Lawrence
Senior Trial Counsel
Attorney Mark Lawrence is a Senior Trial attorney with extensive experience representing clients in complex litigation in state and federal courts. Before joining the firm, Mr. Lawrence served as Torts Supervisor with the Illinois Attorney General’s Office, where he supervised attorneys and represented the State of Illinois in complex tort, constitutional, and commercial litigation. He handled all phases of litigation, including dispositive motions, discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial in cases involving significant public interest.
Prior to his public service, Mr. Lawrence also spent more than a decade in private practice, representing businesses, insurers, and individuals in a broad range of civil litigation matters. He has tried numerous jury cases to verdict and has extensive experience resolving complex disputes through strategic advocacy and practical problem-solving.
