Sagar Paresh Thakkar concentrates his practice in civil and commercial litigation matters. Sagar represents individuals and corporate clients in a broad range of civil complex commercial litigation including contract disputes, labor/employment disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, construction negligence and insurance coverage disputes, torts litigation, and construction law. Throughout his career, he has represented clients in civil litigation matters from inception through post-judgment enforcement.

Prior to joining Rock, Fusco & Connelly, Sagar primarily practiced civil and insurance defense for a reputable Chicago firm. He handled all facets of litigation from inception to dismissal. Before that, Sagar represented individuals for a reputable family law firm, handling divorces, parentage issues, and orders of protection.

Sagar graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2013. He received his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2016. In 2021, Sagar received his license to practice in the Northern District of Illinois, and in 2021, he received his licensed license to practice in the Central District of Illinois.
